Clara Dalsgaard

Clara Dalsgaard is a PhD Student in History at Lund University. Her project investigates medieval lead amulets with Latin inscriptions from Northern Europe. Through the lenses of demonology, literacy, liturgy, and paleography, the project sheds light on the Scandinavian areas in the centuries following the conversion to Christianity. She utilizes relational database modelling with SQL to highlight patterns and trends in the amulet text corpus.
Catherine Beck

Catherine Beck is a Marie- Skłodowska-Curie Actions Fellow at the Faculty of History, Lund University. Her project ‘FLOTSAM: Fragmented data, lost voice and the potential silences of the digitised archive’, draws on her specialism in the social history of disability in the eighteenth-century maritime world, to investigate the potential impact of digital methods on sensitive or ‘hidden’ histories. She has previously held postdoctoral positions at University of Copenhagen, the Institute of Historical Research London and the National Maritime Museum, Greenwich, UK.
Cecilia Lundström

Cecilia Lundström works as project assistant in many different projects at the Faculty of History, Lund University. Her academic background in history, cultural analysis and literature studies has profiled her into popular culture, specifically games and comic books, as research subjects. She holds an MA in History, MA in Cultural Analysis and BA in Comparative Literature.
